Meet our Founder
Marisha Thakker
LLB, LLM, M.Sc
Marisha is a lawyer, strategist, and legal technologist. She is also a ballroom dancer and occasional chef.
Her experience ranges from innovating at global law firms like Dentons to helping Broadway theatres become more eco-friendly.
She worked in Europe and Asia before completing her Masters of Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship at Cornell Tech, and Masters in Strategic Design from Parsons School of Design.
She brings a multidisciplinary approach to solving problems and has been invited to speak at major conferences about the future of the legal and healthcare industries.
Her favorite question is: What’s the smallest thing we can do to make this idea real today?

Brightly colored turmeric - the smell of roasted cumin and the sizzle of mustard seeds as they skip across hot oil.
Across cultures, every kitchen has some version of a Masala Dabba (spicebox). Every spice within it has its own role to play - bringing flavor to food, and being used as a healer for everything from common colds to heartbreak.
We grew up cooking alongside our families, and the idea of the masala dabba inspired us - something essential, portable and flexible - able to create anything based on the combination of spices.
That is the approach we take to solving problems - bringing together different skillsets to come up with a solution that is effective.

Our experiences have taken us from the bright lights of Broadway to sprawling conference rooms in Mumbai.
We are dreamers, doers, change-makers - and understand how difficult it is to be inspired and turn an idea into reality, especially in heavily regulated industries. We got tired of dealing with expensive consultants who used big buzzwords and left us with generic reports that got dusty on shelves - only to face the same problem 6 months later.
So we decided to create a company driven by action and flexibility - where we put our clients at the heart of what we do, and no problem is too small.
